Order Handling
Once you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm that we have started processing your order. We aim to prepare your order within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking link, so you can track your parcel's progress. Deliveries within the UK generally arrive within 2–4 business days.
Possible Delays
In the rare event that your order hasn’t arrived after the full processing and shipping timeframe, please allow an additional 2 working days before reaching out. You can track your parcel using the tracking code provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your order is still missing after this time, please contact us at info@alfierico.com, and we’ll investigate the issue.
Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your order before processing by emailing us at info@alfierico.com. Once your order has been prepared for shipping, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
Received a Wrong or Damaged Item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send us photos of the product at info@alfierico.com. We will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
